About Me

My website started out in January 2020 when I decided to start writing a lifestyle blog as a creative outlet and I write posts about anything I can think of; exercise, diet, money, mental health and everything else in between.

I’ve always been very open and honest about my mental health and felt that talking about this in blog posts could help other people think about theirs.

I am also the co-author of ‘The Alternative Food Blog’ with my husband where we test and adapt recipes to make them just as delicious but free from gluten and dairy.

I've got a new post on my blog tonight, "Does decluttering really work?" Head over and have a read!
Today I read "The boy, the mole, the fox and the horse" and it was utterly amazing! It's the type of book that everyone should read.
Love seeing this everyday 💕
This is my happy place. Cosy with a blanket, Bruce on my knee, a good book and listening to the rain outside 💕
